Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 working days from dispatch.

During sales, public holidays or high-volume periods, dispatch may take 4–6 working days. Tracking details will be shared once your order leaves our studio.

Eligible returns receive store credit, valid for six months, once the product passes our quality check applicable shipping or pickup charges may be deducted. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we’ll offer a replacement first or store credit if unavailable.

Yes, we’d be happy to customise the size of most pieces, except rings. Choose the custom-size option where available, or email us if it isn’t listed, and our team will help with the best possible solution and processing timeline.

Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume, sweat and chemicals; wipe it gently after wear and store it separately in a dry place. If it tarnishes or gets damaged, send us a few photos our team will assess it and guide you through the available repair or re-plating options.

Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If your order is returned to us, please email support@lovedk.in with your Order ID.

You can request prepaid re-dispatch with shipping on us or COD re-dispatch with a ₹200 re-shipping charge. Re-dispatch is subject to product availability and approval. The original COD advance is non-refundable.

If something isn’t right, please email support@lovedk.in within 48 hours with your Order ID with clear photos, packaging photos and a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded before opening the parcel.

These details are essential for verification, after which we’ll help with a replacement or store-credit if the piece is unavailable.

Every Love DK piece uses carefully selected materials, including gold- or rhodium-plated brass and alloys, freshwater pearls, natural and semi-precious stones, crystals, shells and glass beads.

We never use plastic beads or stones; some glass beads are coloured to achieve specific shades, and the exact composition is clearly listed on each product page.

Yes, you can visit the Love DK Studio in Mumbai, by prior appointment. Since it is a working studio and not a regular walk-in store, please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

Love DK jewellery is not waterproof or permanently tarnish-proof.

Plated jewellery can naturally change over time depending on exposure to moisture, sweat, perfume,chemicals, climate and individual skin chemistry.

We ship across India. International shipping is available to selected destinations, with charges and timelines depending on the delivery country.
