These Terms & Conditions explain how our website www.lovedk.in works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

By browsing our website, placing an order, tagging us, buying jewellery, falling in love with a piece at 2 AM, or generally interacting with Love DK, you agree to the terms below.

Please read them carefully. We promise we tried to make this less boring than regular legal text.

These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who uses the Love DK website, including visitors, customers, buyers, browsers, gift-hunters, and “just looking” people who somehow still end up adding three things to cart.

By using our website, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly request you not to use our website or place an order.

Love DK may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version available on the website at the time of your order or use will apply.

2. About Love DK Products

Love DK offers jewellery and accessories that may be handcrafted, small-batch, plated, customised, personalised, or made using natural materials.

Because many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur in:

• Colour

• Texture

• Finish

• Stone shape or shade

• Thread, bead, or metal appearance

• Size or minor detailing

These natural variations are part of the charm of handmade jewellery and will not be treated as defects.

Basically, your piece may have a tiny personality of its own. That is not a flaw  that is the whole point.

We do our best to display product colours, finishes, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, editing, screen settings, device displays, and other visual factors.

Your phone screen may be dramatic. We cannot always control that.

Product images are for representation and may not be exact replicas of every handmade piece.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on www.lovedk.in and across the Love DK brand is owned by or licensed to Love DK, unless clearly stated otherwise.

This includes:

• Product designs and design concepts

• Jewellery styles and creative arrangements

• Product photographs and videos

• Website copy and content

• Graphics, illustrations, artwork, and visual assets

• Logos, trademarks, trade names, and brand identifiers

• Product names, collection names, captions, and taglines

• Packaging designs, inserts, labels, and presentation concepts

• Website layout and visual appearance

• Marketing material, campaigns, and social media content

• AI-assisted, digitally edited, rendered, or computer-generated content created or used by Love DK

• Any other proprietary material created, owned, commissioned, licensed, or used by Love DK

You may view our content for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.

Without written permission from Love DK, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate our content

• Use our product photographs or videos for resale or promotion

• Republish our content on other websites, marketplaces, blogs, or social media pages

• Modify, edit, adapt, or create derivative works from our content

• Use AI tools, bots, crawlers, or datasets to scrape, train on, imitate, or recreate our content, designs, images, or branding

• Use our logos, trademarks, brand name, product names, or trade dress in a way that creates confusion

• Manufacture, reproduce, imitate, or commercially exploit our product designs or packaging

• Use our content or designs to build or market a competing business

• Scrape website content, images, pricing, descriptions, or data manually or automatically

• Register any domain, handle, trademark, or business name confusingly similar to Love DK

• Remove or tamper with copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices

In simple words: please do not copy our work and call it “inspired.” Inspiration is lovely. Theft with better lighting is still theft.

Any unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, AI-generated replication, distribution, commercial exploitation, or infringement of Love DK’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

Love DK reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions.

4. User-Generated Content

If you tag Love DK, share photos or videos wearing our jewellery, leave reviews, send testimonials, comment on our posts, or submit any content to us, you allow Love DK to use, repost, share, edit, publish, or feature that content across our website, social media, ads, emails, and brand communication.

This may include:

• Customer photos

• Videos

• Reviews

• Testimonials

• Comments

• Social media tags or mentions

By sharing such content, you confirm that:

• The content belongs to you or you have the right to share it

• It does not violate anyone else’s rights

• It is not abusive, misleading, fabricated, unlawful, or fraudulent

• Your review or testimonial reflects your genuine experience

You grant Love DK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing, promotional, operational, and business purposes.

We love seeing you style Love DK. It makes our day and gives our camera roll emotional purpose.

Love DK may remove, reject, moderate, or choose not to use any content at its discretion.

If you would like us to remove your featured content, email us at support@lovedk.in, and we will review your request.

5. Products, Availability & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and an order confirmation is generated.

The cart is interested. Payment is commitment.

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and updated information, including:

• Name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Complete delivery address

• Correct pin code

• Payment details

Love DK is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, unavailable, or misleading customer information.

Please double-check your address. “Near the big tree, left from Sharma uncle’s shop” may be emotionally accurate, but courier partners need a little more structure.

Love DK reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, suspend, or limit any order at its discretion, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing error

• Inventory error

• Payment issue

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Incorrect customer details

• Serviceability issues

• Repeated COD refusals or delivery failures

• Abuse of promotions, discounts, returns, exchanges, or store credit

• Any issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order properly

If Love DK cancels an order from our side, we will inform you using the contact details provided at checkout.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, offers, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and product availability may change without prior notice.

We accept payment through the methods available on our website, which may include:

• Credit card

• Debit card

• UPI

• Net banking

• Wallets

• Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway

• Partial Cash on Delivery, where available

For Partial COD orders, you must pay a non-refundable advance amount online at checkout. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

The Partial COD advance is non-refundable in cases such as:

• Order refusal

• Customer unavailability

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Non-payment of COD balance

• Return to Origin

• Any customer-caused delivery failure

Basically, if the parcel reaches your door and you suddenly act like you have never heard of Love DK, the advance stays with us.

Love DK does not directly store complete card, UPI, or banking details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

We love jewellery, not your bank passwords.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines are explained in detail in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Love DK is not liable for courier delays, weather delays, public disruptions, strikes, transportation issues, courier operational issues, customer unavailability, incorrect address, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and being available to receive the order.

Courier partners are wonderful, but they are not mind readers. Please keep an eye on your tracking link.

If an order is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, including refusal, incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailability, non-payment of COD balance, or failure to accept delivery, it will be treated as Return to Origin.

In such cases, shipping charges, reverse shipping charges, handling charges, packaging costs, and other applicable costs may be deducted before any store credit or resolution is considered.

8. Customisation Requests

We are happy to consider customisation requests wherever possible.

Customers may add customisation requests in the notes section at checkout or contact us before placing an order.

Customisation requests are subject to:

• Product type

• Material availability

• Design feasibility

• Production timelines

• Confirmation from Love DK

A customisation request is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Love DK.

We will always try our best, but we cannot bend metal, timelines, inventory, and reality all at once.

Customised, personalised, engraved, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per our policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Returns, exchanges, and store credit are governed by our Shipping, Returns, Cancellation & Store Credit Policy.

Love DK does not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law or where specifically approved by Love DK.

In most eligible cases, resolution may be provided through:

• Replacement

• Exchange

• Store credit

Return or defect claims must be raised within the time period mentioned in our policy and must include required proof, such as photos, videos, unboxing evidence, and order details.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, exposure to water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, moisture, force, impact, neglect, modification, repair by third parties, or wear and tear after delivery will not be considered defective.

Jewellery is delicate. It enjoys compliments, not perfume showers, gym sessions, bathroom humidity, or being thrown into a bag with keys and emotional baggage.

10. Cancellations

Orders once placed are generally not eligible for cancellation, as order processing, inventory allocation, material planning, packaging, or production may begin soon after confirmation.

This applies to:

• Prepaid orders

• Partial COD orders

• Sale orders

• Discounted orders

• Customised orders

• Personalised orders

• Made-to-order products

Customers are requested to review product details, cart, size, quantity, address, and payment information carefully before placing an order.

Love DK may cancel an order from its side in cases such as product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, serviceability concern, suspected fraud, abuse of platform policies, or any operational issue that prevents fulfilment.

Please review your order before paying. We are many things, but a time machine is not one of them.

11. Jewellery Care & Wear

Love DK jewellery should be handled with care.

To maintain the finish and longevity of your piece, we recommend keeping it away from:

• Water

• Sweat

• Perfume

• Lotions

• Chemicals

• Moisture

• Excessive friction

• Rough use

• Improper storage

Tarnishing, fading, dullness, plating wear, colour changes, oxidation, or finish variations caused by usage, body chemistry, sweat, moisture, environmental exposure, or ageing are considered natural wear and tear and not manufacturing defects.

Customers are advised to store jewellery separately in a pouch or box when not in use.

Your jewellery may be pretty, but it is not built for swimming, sleeping, showering, or surviving the bottom of a tote bag.

12. Repair & Re-Plating

Love DK may offer repair or re-plating services for eligible Love DK pieces, subject to our Repair & Re-Plating Policy.

Such services may be available only after the stated period from purchase and may involve a service charge and shipping charges.

Repair or re-plating requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Love DK reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for repair, restoration, servicing, or re-plating.

We love giving pieces a second life, but we do need to inspect them first. Jewellery has stories; sometimes it also has evidence.

13. Offers, Discounts & Promotions

Love DK may run offers, discounts, sales, promotional campaigns, referral programmes, giveaways, or coupon codes from time to time.

Such offers may be subject to specific terms, including validity period, minimum order value, product exclusions, usage limits, and eligibility requirements.

Offers cannot be clubbed unless specifically mentioned.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

In other words, if you find a coupon after placing your order, we understand the pain. Truly. But we cannot go back in time and apply it.

Love DK reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Sale, discounted, promotional, customised, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per our policy.

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

You must not:

• Attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website

• Use the website for fraudulent transactions

• Upload harmful code, viruses, bots, malware, or malicious material

• Copy or scrape website content without permission

• Misrepresent your identity or payment details

• Interfere with website security or functionality

• Use Love DK’s website or content for competing commercial purposes

• Generate, publish, distribute, or promote fabricated, misleading, manipulated, deepfake, AI-generated, or synthetic content that falsely represents Love DK, its products, customers, employees, reviews, endorsements, communications, or brand identity

• Impersonate Love DK or falsely claim affiliation with Love DK

Basically, please use the website like a lovely normal human.

Love DK reserves the right to restrict access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, block users, remove content, report violations, or take appropriate legal action in cases of misuse.

Our website may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, courier tracking pages, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other platforms.

These third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Love DK is not responsible for the content, security, errors, policies, practices, availability, or actions of third-party websites or service providers.

Once you leave our website, you are entering someone else’s house. Their rules apply.

16. Limitation of Liability

Love DK will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, safe checkout, and timely order processing.

However, Love DK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss arising from:

• Courier delays

• Failed delivery due to customer-related reasons

• Product misuse

• Incorrect care or storage

• Third-party service failures

• Payment gateway errors

• Minor product variations due to handmade production

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love DK’s total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the invoice value of that specific order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love DK, its owners, team members, partners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, penalties, or legal fees arising from:

• Your misuse of our products

• False, incomplete, fabricated, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by you

• Violation of any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity from your account or payment method

• Content submitted, posted, generated, or shared by you

In short: if the problem is created by misuse, fraud, false information, or rule-breaking from your side, it should not become our jewellery-shaped headache.

Instagram DMs, WhatsApp messages, comments, and social media messages may be used for general queries, but official order-related requests should be sent by email so they can be documented and handled properly.

DMs are great for “Is this cute?” energy. For order issues, email keeps everyone sane and everything trackable.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any contractual or commercial dispute relating to Love DK, the website, any order, intellectual property rights, AI-generated misuse of brand assets, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
