Our Promise to You

At Love DK, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. Each order is carefully quality-checked and packed to ensure your jewelry reaches you in excellent condition. We encourage you to thoroughly review all product details, dimensions, and care instructions before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted production and our commitment to mindful consumption, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges based on reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design or finish.

However, we do allow exchanges only under the following conditions:

A) If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You must email us at care@lovedk.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order ID, a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened (mandatory), and images of the issue.
  • Without this documentation, we will not be able to process your request.

B) If you wish to exchange an unused product (not due to defect):

  • The item must be in original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • You must email us within 24 hours of delivery to request approval.
  • If approved, you will be required to ship the product to us at your own cost.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Please Note: All exchange approvals are subject to final inspection by our team. We reserve the right to approve or decline any request based on the submitted documentation and product condition.

Repairs & Plating Services

To help extend the life of your jewelry, we offer complimentary repair and re-plating services exclusively for Love DK pieces  available only after 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Eligibility & Process:

  1. The service applies strictly to regular wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or improper storage is not eligible.
  3. Customers must ship the product to our workshop at their own cost.
  4. If the piece qualifies after inspection, we will repair or re-plate it free of charge.
  5. Return shipping costs to send the piece back to you must be borne by the customer.

Shipping for Exchanges & Repairs

  • For all approved exchanges or repairs, you must email us before dispatching the product to avoid delays or rejection.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Love DK.
  • For items valued over ₹2,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier and retaining proof of dispatch. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
