At Love DK, we strive to ensure that you love every piece of jewelry you receive from us. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you might need to return or exchange an item. We’re here to make that process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Exchanges Made Easy
We know how important it is to find the perfect piece of jewelry. If you need to exchange an item, we've got you covered! Here’s how our exchange process works:

1. Initiating an Exchange:
- If you wish to exchange a product, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure that the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. Shipping Your Item:
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at the provided address.
- Please make sure to pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

3. Receiving Store Credit:
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue you store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item.
- You can use this store credit to select a new piece that suits your style better.

 4. What if an Item is Missing?
- If you receive your order and notice an item is missing, please inform us within 24 hours.
- We will offer a full refund or replacement for the missing item based on your preference, provided we are notified within this timeframe.
- If we are not informed within 24 hours, Love DK will review the case and decide on the appropriate action.

Please Note: 

We currently don't offer refunds for returns unless an item is missing from your order. Instead, we provide store credit for exchanges, so you can pick something new you’ll love!

 Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item back to us, but we’ll cover the shipping cost for your new item.
