Welcome to Love DK! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

 1. Free Shipping

 2. Partial COD

For customers who prefer Cash on Delivery, we offer a Partial COD option. This means you pay a small, non-refundable advance online to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Partial COD slabs are as follows:

• Orders between ₹700 – ₹2999 → Pay ₹250 in advance
• Orders between ₹3000 – ₹6000 → Pay ₹350 in advance
• Orders between ₹6001 – ₹15000 → Pay ₹550 in advance
  
  ⚠️ Please Note:

The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the order is returned to the sender (RTO).

 3. Customisation
We are happy to make customisations to your order wherever possible. Please add your requests in the notes section while checking out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided. To stay updated with your order status, subscribe to our WhatsApp messaging for all order updates.

 5. Delivery Delays
At Love DK, we always strive to deliver your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. While we cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays, please know that we do everything in our control to ensure prompt dispatch.
