Store Policy

At Love DK, every piece is handmade with intent created slowly, carefully, and shipped safely to you. Here's everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and support your order.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹1499. For faster delivery, opt for express shipping to Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad or Bangalore for ₹350 delivered within 1-6 working days.

Our standard delivery takes 5-15 working days.

2. Partial COD

For customers who prefer Cash on Delivery, we offer a Partial COD option. This means you pay a small, non-refundable advance online to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the time of delivery.

3. Please Note: The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the order is returned to the sender (RTO).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. For real-time updates on your delivery, you can also track your order here:

4. Delivery Delays

We always strive to deliver your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. While we cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays, please know that we do everything in our control to ensure prompt dispatch.

5. Courier Lost or Undelivered Orders

In the rare event that your order is marked lost or undelivered, the courier begins an internal investigation. This can take up to 45 days, during which we must wait for the logistics partner to complete the process and issue a refund to us.

Once we receive that refund, we will move forward with the best possible solution either sending a replacement or a store credit.

This ensures the process remains clear, fair, and smooth for everyone involved.


 Return Eligibility

We put a lot of love into every piece we make small batches, slow production, and thoughtful design. Because of this, we don't follow the typical "return anything" structure like mass-produced brands do.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you may request an exchange.

Required:

• Email within 48 hours of delivery
• Mandatory unboxing video recorded from package opening
• Photographs of the issue
• Order ID

Upon approval, we will issue:

• A replacement of the same product, or
• Store credit, if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds will not be provided.

2. Returns (Non-Defect Cases)

We do not offer exchanges. In such cases, only a return for store credit will be processed, which can be used to place a new order.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Returns are subject to strict quality inspection and approval
• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are not eligible for returns or store credit

 

Return Process:

• Customer may self-ship the product, or
• Request a pickup (₹90 will be deducted from store credit)

Deductions & Credit:

• Applicable shipping and handling charges (including RTO, if any) will be deducted
• Remaining amount will be issued as store credit only after the product is received and approved
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances

Note:
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the validity period specified.

Legal Clause

By placing an order on www.lovedk.in, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Love DK reserves the right to amend policy terms without prior notice.
All disputes will be governed under Mumbai jurisdiction.

 

Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on Love DK are final and non-cancellable.

Each piece is handcrafted in small batches or made-to-order, and production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Due to the nature of our process, no cancellations, modifications, or address changes will be accepted once the order is placed.

Refused Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin):
If an order is refused at delivery or marked RTO due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or non-acceptance:

  • Both forward and return shipping charges, along with any applicable handling fees, will be deducted
  • The remaining amount will be issued strictly as store credit only (no bank refunds)

Important:
Repeated refusal of orders or misuse of COD services may lead to future order restrictions or prepaid-only access.
